The number of people looking for Liverpool videos, online and otherwise is always high. What most of these people tend to be looking for, of course, are not videos on the city going by the same name in the UK, but rather videos of the soccer team named after the city.
These people looking for videos of Liverpool FC (as the team is officially known) can be seen as falling into two categories. In the first category are those who are fans of the team, and who for one reason or another miss one of its matches: hence the desire by them to get videos to see how the games went. The number of people in this category is considerable, for this team – in spite of its rather modest fortunes – has a sizeable number of diehard fans. This fan-base, by the way, extents beyond the UK; as this is a team that also has quite a good International following.
In the second category are those who are ‘managers’ of adversarial teams, who know that they will soon or later be up against this team; hence the desire by the them to get videos of it in order to ‘study’ its game.
